 WBCS  BASIC FOUNDATION COURSE FOR UNDERGRADUATE

                   This course is for those ardent students  who have been passionately waiting for their turn to be an  I.A.S. , I.P.S., I.F.S.  &W.B.C.S.  OFFICER. but they are now at undergraduate course stage. If they are getting the ample opportunity of  pursuing  I.A.S BASIC FOUNDTION COURSE FOR UNDERGRADUATE  and GRADUATE DEGREE COURSE simultaneously, they will  not only secure very high score in their  DEGREE COURSE but also  definitely will change the fate of their life through  hard work and will achieve the goal of life  through persistent   efforts. One can attain  SKILL ONLY THROUGH PRACTICE, PATIENCE AND PERSISTENCE (3P).

                    One have to understand first, why we felt the need to  launch this IAS basic foundation course. What inspired us & what benefit it renders to UNDER GRADUATE  STUDENTS?

                       Now  coming to the points of focus, A undergraduate  pursuing the Degree Course for three(3) Years. And How many hours he/she is engaged in sincere studies during this three years? THE ANSWER IS VERY  FEW HOURS NOT EVEN  A FEW HOURS. At the end of each semester for two months only before the final  Exam. of each semester, STUDENTS are sitting with some selected  10 to 12 questions for each paper of a subject.  Memorization of 30 to 36 questions is sufficient to cross the hurdles of each Year i.e. 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd Year. In this way, almost all Students except the selected Few become GRADUATE. After Graduation almost all have to enter in the sphere of Competitive Examinations whether be it the ALL INDIA SERVICE such as IAS, IPS & IFS or State CIVIL SERVICE LIKE WBCS or any other COMPETITIVE EXAMS. It is here, STUDENTS have to face the reality of their acquired knowledge which they have gathered throughout their student life so far since childhood. By adopting the wrongful lucrative shortcut method of crossing the hurdles of Exams., STUDENTS find themselves nowhere like  rudderless ship in a deep Ocean.  At the same time they cannot stop nurturing the desire to be part of  All India Service i.e. IAS, IPS, IFS and at least State Civil Service i.e. WBCS . If someone has strong desire, he/she will spent his 3 to 4 attempts in vain and the last 2 attempts with 2 to 3 months concentrated studies before the exam. Which is also almost in vain. The vastness of the syllabus of CIVILSERVICE EXAMINATIONS AND WEST BENGAL CIVIL SERVICE EXAINATIONS dishearten and demoralize their will to be an IAS ,IPS , IFS and WBCS Officers. AND their life is of nowhere.

                       As per our view, this thee (3) Years of under graduation period is the fate changer period for each student. If students get a good guidance at this stage and can express their latent desire of serving the nation or Motherland in the highest capacity of  IAS ,IPS& IFS and WBCS OFFICERS,THEIR FORTUNE WILL FAVOUR THEM under the auspicious  guidance of MENTOR.       

                       This three years is more than enough for the command over the vastness of UPSC’s CIVIL SERVICE EXAMANITION SYLLABUS AND WEST BENGAL CIVIL SERVICE EXAMINATION SYLLABUS without undermining their preparation for the Degree Course, rather they find it easy to secure very high marks without paying heed to it which is really unbelievable. The golden opportunity of being trained here at this stage was not available even few days before. They can utilize these  3 years of GOLDEN PERIOD  judiciously to fulfill the goal of their life of being an IAS IPS,IFS & WBCS OFFICER.
